Deze koekenpan uit de 'Chef de Luxe Line' van alpina heeft een fijne doorsnee van 24 centimeter. Het maakt niet uit welk soort fornuis je hebt; gas, keramisch, halogeen, elektrisch of inductie. De pan is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen. Hij kan zelfs in de oven tot een maximum van 180°C. Gerechten bakken met deze koekenpan niet aan dankzij de anti-aanbaklaag van Ilag Basic. Tijdens korte periodes kun je de pan verhitten tot 250°C. Bij langdurig bereiden is de pan bestand tot een temperatuur van 230°C.
